The Sacred Paths Alliance Network (aka S.P.A.N.) was formed as a non-profit corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1994 for the purpose of conducting good works in the community in which we live. In that year of formation, we adopted several charities and over the years have worked to help improve the lives of those affilicted with HIV / AIDS, shelters for battered women and children, orphanages, and numerous other regional charities.

We believe that non-mainstream religious organizations have just as much responsibility to the community in which they live, as well as to the greater community-at-large, in helping improve the quality of life for all. We are Humanity Helping Humanity without the restrictions of social, economic, or religious barriers.

In 1994 we ran our first Halloween Witches Costume Ball as a fund raiser for a local AIDS charity and transitional hospice/home. More recently the beneficiary of this event has been a special day-care facility for children affilicted with the HIV / AIDS virus in the Greater Boston (MA) area. To date we have raised well over Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.000) for these charities. All proceeds go to these charities.
